SPENDING FREEZE!

Embarking on a 12-month scrapbooking SPEND FREEZE, inspired by Moira O'Reilly. This little corner of my blog will record my progress and keep me focussed!
My rules:
1. Permitted items - essential consumables (gesso, cutting blades, adhesives), album supplies (page sleeves, rings etc)
2. Gift/prize vouchers can be used, but no 'add ons'
3. Replacement items permitted - ONLY if I've used the last one the same colour, e.g. red paint, yellow rhinestones, cotton thread
