Emus on the Plane

This layout was created for the Soul Scrappers Quest challenge, with the theme of Flying High. Participants signed up to receive a 'mystery envelope' and committed to using all or most of the items to create the challenge entry.

I used all of the supplied items {including a tag, buttons, bling, die cuts, stickers, twine, ribbon, and a selection of paper pieces}. From my own stash I only added the background paper and some alphabets for the title.

Materials
Graphic 45 Come Away with Me - Pleasure Trip patterned paper
Basic Grey Beckham - White Chocolate chipboard alphabets

The flying camper van in the photograph was created by Australian outback artist John Murray.

17/09/2019 Edit to add: Thrilled to be selected as the winning entry at Soul Scrappers!

To join the challenge, create a project inspired by the artwork {share the story of how you were inspired} and include the criteria.  This month the criteria is USE SHAPES.

I used geometric shapes, fussy-cut from the background patterned paper.
