Our July challenge is to be inspired by this piece, and also to USE PEN.
I used a stencil and art pen to create my background, then I used pink and peach sprays to create a similar colour scheme as the inspiration piece. Here's a progress shot while it was still wet and curled up:
The spray dried much lighter than I expected, but it's still got a very nice, subtle sheen. Here's my finished layout:
