I scrapped a sunrise photograph, and used yellow tones {Paige Evans Wonders - Paper #1 + Basic Grey Porcelain - Empress Cream patterned papers}.  I embellished with Scrapbook Fantasies Colour Cuts from Nautical Dreams and Easter Blessings collections. The flair button in the second layout is from Nautical Dreams - Blue Patterns set.

White with PINK

Time for my layout share for White with 1. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Here's the mood board and challenge criteria ~

Use PINK and butterflies on a WHITE background to create your layout using any other elements from the image as additional inspiration.

I included lots of butterflies in the background {My Favourite Things Mixables - Winged Beauties stencil with Ranger/Tim Holtz Distress Inks - Tattered Rose & Spun Sugar} and some punched butterflies too.  I also loved the heart shape design, so I added a few little crystal heart stickers.

I used patterned papers for each theme -  numbers {Prima Pretty Pale - Colorless} and angles {Kaisercraft Stargazer - Galactic}.

Week 39 ~ Ink & Water
I created a smooshy background with distress inks {Carved Pumpkin & Ripe Persimmon} and sprayed water. I added a fussy cut piece from an old planner printable {Cocoa Daisy - October 2017} and sentiment from Dina Wakley's Collage Words set.

Not sure how I feel about this page; I think it needs something more in the way of embellishments but nothing seemed to gel when I was putting it together.  Anyway, it's done and dusted now.  The layout was inspired by the Soul Scrappers September Screen 2 Scrap challenge, using design prompts from this movie poster:
