I chose SPOTS for this one, and I carried the spotty theme from the stencilled background, to the paper, and the circular embellishments.  Another DAF flair on this one

* Mystical Scrapbooks ~ Use a stencil
I have a bunch of stencils and I really don't use them enough.  Wondering if perhaps I should have added a smidge of gold through the stencil too, but I"m happy with how the yellow adds another layer to the page.
