Flowers and Paint

Happy February!  I'm starting the month with my DT project for ARTastic Challenge.

The featured artwork for February is this stunning piece by Emma Uber:

The challenge this month is to draw inspiration from the artwork {tell us how you were inspired} with the included criteria - FLOWERS and PAINT.

This is my layout:

Materials

Kaisercolour Candy + Yellow + Spearmint acrylic pints
Fancy Pants Park Bench felt flowers
October Afternoon Mini Market - Gray & Cream alphabet letters

I watered down some acrylic paints, letting the splatters drip down the page, and added some fun, layered felt flowers.
