For a while now, I've been on a mission to use up my scraps and part-packets of embellishments, so I thought I'd do a scrappy catch up on some more August photographs today, and revisit pocket-style scrapping. I took inspiration from Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge for February - all the pieces I used are scraps (I didn't cut into any new sheets) and I mixed collections. I find it so satisfying to use up my existing stash rather than using pre-made pocket cards. The paper flowers are the last two from a mixed size pack.
Detail shot of the 2x2 square, with teeny-tiny fussy cutting:
I'm also entering my layout in the Pocket Page challenge at C'est Magnifique.
