Inspired by Pink

Over at Kraft + the November challenge is to "be inspired by Pink ~ the artist, not the colour".   This was a super-fun challenge to do!

The title is taken from a quote attributed to Pink, which in full is: "It's about being alive and feisty and not sitting down and shutting up, even if people would like you to."  I don't know the context, but for me, the sentiment is representative of the Pink persona.

I added the title to my photograph with Photoshop Elements, prior to printing.

I don't have a lot of Christmas photographs which remain unscrapped, but I really wanted to join in the WOW Triple Treat Challenge!  So... it's not the best photograph, but it is a fun memory from Christmas 2014:

I used two of the chipboard pieces that WOW sent me.  I inked, then heat embossed to add some shine and texture:

Walk beside me

This challenge at Off the Rails:

... inspired me to create this layout:

It turned out a lot plainer than I expected, considering the time that went into the background work, but the creative process was very relaxing.

I had decided it was time again to purge my smaller scraps, starting with these ones:
