ATC Challenge - August

I started to tackle the August themes for the Scrapping Clearly 2025 ATC Challenge. Sadly, "life got lifey" and time got away from me, so I'll be playing catch-up again in September.  

Week 32 ~ Graffiti Edge
A base of bubble wrap stamping and a bit of stencilling... I used Dina Wakley Soul Shines stencil, with Tim Holtz distress inks {Twisted Citron + Salty Ocean + Blueprint Sketch}.

Living la vida loca

This page was inspired by the Soul Scrappers August Colour Board with added criteria - punched circles. I used all of the colours {WeRMK Fiesta collection patterned papers and tag + Simple Stories Color Vibes - Woods patterned paper}.

The page design was inspired by the August Sketch + Title challenge at The Hut Creative. I used papers from 13arts Unforgettable collection. I adhered to the spirit of the title prompt, 'day to remember', but I've changed mine to 'Lest we forget' - more tailored to the page theme and occasion.

* Park Hopping My Happy Place ~ August challenge
Theme park inspiration = The Boneyard at DinoLand USA (Disney Animal Kingdom). I think it's cool to encourage kids to take an interest in palaeontology! Although, if you come to western Queensland, you can join in real dinosaur digs and process real fossils at a working museum! Both of these experiences are on my bucket list for my next visit to Winton.

Week 31 ~ Mythical Creatures
I fussy-cut the images from Pearl the Magical Unicorn - a children's book that I found in an op-shop.  Added some stitching and a touch of glitter glue, and pretty happy with the result.

BURGUNDY on a WHITE cardstock background to create your layout using elements from the moodboard as inspiration {burgundy and white flowers}. 
Criteria:
Flowers {Petaloo Flora Doodles - Delphinia, Cocoa Vanilla Bitty Blooms - Burgundy, and a deconstructed white paper rose from a mixed packet}.
