Mini works of art - June

Still not caught up, but I did manage to get some of the June prompts completed for the Scrapping Clearly - Mini Works of Art challenge.

Week 23 (Words/Quotes) - "Thriving" 
This theme had me stumped at first. I liked the idea of including potted plants, which either thrive brilliantly or fail spectacularly at my place! I added the quote {Kaisercraft Botanica ephemera tab} because I think that friends are necessary for us to thrive rather than just survive. The title is made from Simple Stories Hello Baby - Expressions cardstock stickers.

Week 24 (Colour) - Silver, Grey Blue

Week 25 (Theme) - Winter
I laughed when I saw this theme, because I had only just completed the previous week's prompt!  So I made something similar, in a different colour scheme. I chose the paper {Kaisercraft Sparkle collection} for the embossed snowflake design.  Title/sentiment is made from very old AdornIt/Carolee's Creations Buckaroo alphabet stickers.

Mini Works of Art - May

Last month was a bit hectic, and I'm playing a bit of catch up for the Scrapping Clearly - Mini Works of Art challenge, May prompts.

Week 19 (Words/Quotes) - "Beauty" 
I stretched this a bit and used the word beautiful {Authentique Classique - Components sticker sheet}. The base image is from a rice paper sheet {ScrapFX Graffiti Peeps - Snarky}.

I stencilled with Distress Inks - Mustard Seed & Carved Pumpkin and edged the card with Distress Spray Stain - Tarnished Brass.

This is my June layout share for White with 1.

* COLOUR – White background and ONE colour from the image - GREEN 
* CRITERIA - Be inspired by a Monopoly board!   I chose the CAR and took inspiration from the 'Go to Jail' square by adding a pointing finger {Dusty Attic Page Pebbles #7 chipboard} and the word Go! {Pink Paislee 5th and Monaco - Avenue Thickers alphabets}.
