Mixed media ~ I used one of my vintage book page 'mop up' pieces from an earlier painting project. I don't recall which orange ink spray it is. The paint is a terracotta chalk paint that I stamped using bubble wrap.

Winton, revisited

Winton is one of my favourite outback towns, so it was definitely worth another visit on our 2021 road trip.



I had to remove the fabric piece from my fly-net so it would fit over the crown of my Akubra. As I was cutting it off I knew I would be saving it for an outback layout. My title is cut from a sheet of alphabet inserts that came with a zippered pencil case. A bit of stitching and a scrap of washi tape... not much else going on with this page!

White with PURPLE

White with 1 September challenge is all about this purple mood board.

Any variation of purple you want to use - you can range this from mauve to lavender to a deep purple or anything in between or you can mix it all up and use multiple variations of purple just so long as it is purple toned and nothing else. You can use black, dark brown, grey or navy as your accent colour for journaling, titles etc.

Inspired by the dragonfly, and the swirly doodles were inspired by the seashells.
