Hello, beautiful girl

Scrap the Girls has a fun, cheeky Time Traveller inspiration board this month:

The fourth image in the top row of the mood board brought to mind some untouched/preview shots of my daughter from a glamour photo shoot. (Facebook does have its advantages... such as keeping me in supply of photographs of she-who-refuses-to-be-photographed-by-her-mother).  I really liked the red/black colour theme too.

Rainbow Beach summer

I'm thrilled to continue as a design team member at ARTastic Challenge again this year.  This is the bright and beautiful artwork we are sharing for January:

This month it is a colour criteria: orange yellow blue

To join the challenge, create a project inspired by the artwork {share the story of how you were inspired} and include the criteria.

Orange is my favourite colour to scrap with, so this was a fun layout to create!  I created my own background with orange and yellow Dylusions inks, and added a touch of blue:
