I turned the sketch.

* Scrappy Friends ~ Stacy's Tic Tac Toe
I used the diagonal line - banner piece, circle, brads.  The brads from my stash are totally old-school but I think they work with this design.  I'm not sure if I hit the mark with the 'banner piece' - I made my own banner pieces from scraps and was (sort of) guided by the sketch.

I loved the colours and flowers. I don't have any sunflowers so I used daisies instead.
