Christmas in July

Some pages I created for the Christmas in July cyber crop at Scrapping Clearly. No time this week to go out and get photos printed, so I only had a limited selection to hand.

Not really happy with this but I was trying to get this old photo scrapped, and I was just messing around with some old stash and a bunch of scraps.  In hindsight I would reprint in black and white and do it very differently!   I used a cut-file (August 2018) from Scrapbook & Cards Today.

For this one, I created my background with lots of pink and white scraps and book papers, and a healthy amount of gesso:

For this one I scrapped a Christmas photo of my gorgeous sister in law.  Inspired by the provided inspiration pic (baubles) and traditional Christmas colours of red and green:
