International Scrapbooking Day

Over at Soul Scrappers, there's a fun challenge for International Scrapbooking Day (03/03) - I'm a bit late to the party, but I wanted to give it a try! These are the challenge elements (as selected by each design team member) and what I did:

• Hand stitching ~ on the blue frame (This was tough going because it was so thick, so I did the rest by machine!!)
• Sponging ~ I used some of my older acrylic paints with a stencil
• Stencil - Combined with sponging...
• Frame - I used two felt frames from my ancient stash
• Distressed edges - I distressed the photo edges with a sanding block
• Cut something out - I used cutting dies to make the vines
