Getting arty

I watched a livestream session by Amanda Hartmann this afternoon, and I was inspired to try some of the techniques in my little handmade art journal:

Kaisercolour Spearmint acrylic paint
Unbranded stencil
Gold foil chocolate wrappers

And... while I was playing with wet media, I also decided to decorate the cover of this art journal (AJ#3).  I've started to number my journals so I can keep a track of what's in each one.

I've been purging my scraps and used up some more by making a layered collage for my background.  I may end up applying a clear top coat to protect everything.
