Imagine Crafts Creative Medium - Metallic Silver texture paste
Alphabet stencil from my stationery supplies

The challenge criterion: Use three or more stencils.  I used a patterned stencil for my background, and an alphabet stencil (which I then fussy-cut) for my title.   It looks pretty cool and 'industrial' in real life; this photograph just doesn't do it justice!
