Scrappy Friends

I didn't manage to combine all three Scrappy Friends challenges this month, but I did do a two-in-one:

2> Rochelle's Tic Tac Toe:

* Chipboard (mixed alphabets - Heidi Swapp, Maya Road, Basic Grey - covered in patterned paper)
